My journey down the path of natural, holistic living began about five years ago when I embarked on a quest to enhance my health and well-being. I established this platform to share the knowledge and insights I’ve gathered along the way.

My mission is to empower you with the tools and resources you need to unlock your full potential and enjoy a lifelong advantage in health and happiness. I firmly believe that age should be celebrated, not feared, and that natural lifestyle choices can play a pivotal role in achieving that.

My Holistic Wellness Journey

My personal journey into the world of holistic wellness was prompted by a search for solutions to address the challenges I faced during menopause. I was determined to find natural and holistic alternatives to manage and alleviate the symptoms that many women experience during this life stage.

The results of my research were not only transformative for my menopausal journey but also expanded to include solutions for a variety of common problems, such as anxiety, insomnia, arthritis, and heartburn, among others. This personal quest for well-being became the foundation of my holistic wellness exploration, and I am excited to share my discoveries and experiences with you.

Professional Background

In addition to my passion for holistic wellness, I have a diverse professional background. For over 35 years, I’ve worked as a full-stack web application developer in the manufacturing industry. This career has provided me with a unique set of skills and a deep understanding of technology and its applications. My experience in this field has allowed me to bring a systematic and organized approach to my exploration of holistic wellness, ensuring that the information and resources I provide are well-researched, reliable, and accessible.

My Personal Life

On a personal note, I’m a proud wife and a mother of two wonderful grown children. Family is at the core of my life, and their support and encouragement have been instrumental in my holistic wellness journey. I’m also an avid animal lover and the proud parent of two terrier mixes, Abby and Charlie. Their companionship and unconditional love add immeasurable joy to my life.

When I’m not exploring the world of holistic wellness or spending time with my family, I’m indulging in another one of my passions—paper crafting. Creating beautiful, handcrafted paper items brings me immense satisfaction, and it’s a creative outlet that allows me to unwind and express myself.

Currently, I call western New York my home, and I’m fortunate to enjoy the scenic beauty of this region alongside my husband and furry companions.
